ToonTown City Hall on Flickr.To Whom it may concern, I attempted to write a letter to your City Hall complaining about the shoddy service I recieved from some public workers. After sending the letter via my mailbox, I waited for a reply but never got one. I waited ATLEAST 10 minutes but the mailman never came back. To make things worse, my 101 dalmations that I sicked on him didn’t come back either. Furious about no reply, I headed down to City Hall. What a bunch of Toons! How does this place run??? The Mayor is too mousy, the Treasurer is a quack and DOESN’T even wear pants, and some Goofy dude kept escorting me into a wall. I demand action be taken against these Toons immediately.
